The third unit in the Marcus Fire Department fleet, this is a 1 Ton Dodge, with a small pumper conversion attached.

It's unknown who did this conversion. It consists of water tanks, a hose reel and storage cabinets. The conversion is intended mainly to control brush fires using onboard equipment.
The truck appears to be a late 60s, early 70s model and was equipped with duals on the rear to carry all that water.
The hamlet of Marcus doesn't appear to have a fire hall. Instead, they have reclaimed the foundation of the high school which burned down, put a roof over it and, voilà, fire truck storage.
