City Square Park has several pillars with plaques similar to this one. This oval plaque depicts a scene from the story of the Old Woman Who Lived in a Shoe. A woman lifts a baby with several other toddlers bounding about with a large shoe and building in the background and a goose in the foreground. At top, the words: "ELIZABETH FOSTER GOOSE".
