Rust in Vrede - Wassenaar - Out of Place Graves on Waymarking.com

(Family)cemetery belonging to the historic country estate Rust en Vreugd. Small private cemetery where Mrs and Mr van Ommeren, after their respective death in 1935 and 1946, were buried.
The design is in traditional-craft style. At the beginning of the access path to the cemetery a simple iron round arch gate with the words “RUST IN VREDE” (rest in peace). The curved path is laid out landscaping and is accompanied by yews and pines.
Sober wrought iron bars fencing with rivets and art deco stylization at the round part of the cemetery. Here are two sober hard stone slabs, an art stone decorative vase and a tombstone of a family member.
