From an October 10, 2007 press release from Southern Utah University:

What: The bell installation on the 76-feet tall, 25-bell Carter Carillon Tower at Southern Utah University.

When: Installation of the bells will begin the afternoon of Thursday, October 11 and will continue throughout the day each of the following five business days. Carillon foreman Chad Carter anticipates Friday or Monday as optimal viewing days for photographers to capture the bell installation.

Where: On the west side of and in between the Braithwaite and Old Main buildings.
