The final resting place of legend Bobby Murcer is at the south end of Rose Hill's Mausoleum. Entering the mausoleum from the main entrance (east side), take the first left (Azalea) into a long hallway. At the end of this hallway take a right onto Birch, and the plaque for Bobby Murcer will be on your right hand side, down the hallway. His niche is on the north side of Birch, about 30 feet east of the west end of the corridor.

Bobby Murcer played ball for the N.Y. Yankees, Chicago Cubs, and the San Francisco Giants, followed by a lengthy career in sports broadcasting.

Oklahoma Christian University in Edmond has a baseball facility named in Bobby's honor.
