Long Description:This fountain honoring Charles Buls is located at Grasmarkt/Rue du Marché aux Herbes-Agora Square in Brussels. The sculpture depicts Buls sitting on the edge of the fountain apparently being interrupted during his reading of some papers by his dog that climbs onto his left knee.
The artist is Henri Lenaerts and dated 1987.
