The webcam is mounted on the light standard in the southern red brick island at the intersection of Highway 93/95 and Burns Avenue at Canal Flats, looking south down the highway.

Canal Flats is not what anyone would call a tourist town. No, it's a forestry town, through and through, though they do have a number of sights and activities to attract the passerby, such as Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep and deer roaming the streets, a public beach, arena, golf course, walking trails and parks. If you have the time, give it a look.
