AT NEWARK, ESSEX COUNTY, AT THE INTERSECTION OF BROAD AND GREEN
STREETS, 60 FEET EAST OF THE EAST CURB OF BROAD STREET, 30 FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTH CURB OF GREEN STREET, IN THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE CITY HALL, AND ABOUT 4 FEET HIGHER THAN THE CURB. A STANDARD DISK, STAMPED 33.314 T 11 1933 AND SET VERTICALLY.
