Dieser Grenzstein befindet sich auf dem 1565m hohen Gipfel des Zinnenbergs in den Chiemgauer Alpen. Er markiert die Grenze zwischen Bayern und Tirol und damit den Ländern Deutschland und Österreich. Der Stein trägt die Buchstaben "B" und "T", die Wappen Tirols, Bayerns und Frankens sowie die Jahreszahlen 1679 und 1844.

This boundary stone is located on the 1565m high summit of the Zinnenberg in the Chiemgau Alps. It marks the border between Bavaria and Tyrol, and thus the countries Germany and Austria. The stone bears the letters "B" and "T", the coat of arms of Tyrol, Bavaria and Franconia, and the dates 1679 and 1844.
