Der Brunnen liegt am Ortsausgang von Bicken an der Straße Richtung Siegbach, in einer kleinen Parkanlage. In der Mitte steht ein behauener Stein, aus dem Wasser sprudelt. Direkt über dem Wasser ist ein ca. 1m großer Bär aus Stein, der die Quelle bewacht.
