From the Visit My Smokies web page:

The RainForest Adventure Zoo in Sevierville is one of the most unique attractions in the Smokies, featuring more than 400 animals from 130 species. Located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, the zoo features a variety of animals found in the rainforest including reptiles, mammals, birds, bugs and amphibians. You’ll even get a chance to see a two-headed turtle! Open year-round, the RainForest Adventure Zoo is a one-of-a-kind attraction for the whole family.

Be sure to visit the Aussie Walkabout area, a 17,000-square foot facility that’s home to kangaroos, sheep, pygmy goats and an aviary filled with tropical birds. While you’re “Down Under” take a look at the Dorper sheep exhibit within the Aussie Walkabout where visitors can pet and feed authentic Dorper sheep.
