The Quarantine Center has been closed for years and has been converted into a historical musuem. It is located on the Columbia River, directly across from Astoria, Oregon, in an unincorporated portion of Washington generally referred to as "Chinook", Washington. Just a few feet down the driveway to the museum is this nice landlocked boat.
Is there a tour: No tour, but there is a nice museum here.
