Sometimes the gate is closed before the back entrance to The Grand Theatre. If that's the case you can still view the graffiti on the brick wall. To my eyes the real treasures are beyond the steel gate. Hopefully your timing is right.
For 10 years my daughters have been part of a dance recital at The Grand and I've had to take them in the back entrance. Some of the graffiti is at least three years old.
