This frame residential building is listed as two-story building, constructed pre-1908. The building appears to be a one-story building, however, it may have an interior partial second floor. The building is located at 1202 E. Harrison and currently houses a museum.
This is a clapboard building, painted gray. It has a gable roof, with a reversed gable facing west. A small, enclosed entry foyer on the south has the main entrance, which is currently a double aluminum and glass doorway. The small residential-type windows are six-over-six, with framed fixed transoms.
The building is listed on Page 37 of the nomination form, under Block 54, Lots-13-14.
