This satellite image is located on Virtual Globetrotting and is in Henderson, KY. It is an old water tower at Ellis Park horse racing track.
The oddity of the location isn't really the water tower, but it is that it is north of the Ohio River and is located in Kentucky. In all other locations along the Indiana/Kentucky border, Kentucky is south of the river, but not here.
The water tower is on the north end of the race track and can be seen from the parking lot and from Hwy 41.
