This wooden Bear Statue greets visitors to downtown while standing in front of the stores across the street from the Empress Theater at 9125 W Main Street in Magna, Utah.

This bear may have been involved to a minor degree with the fire that gutted the Dyche's Rexall Drg Store next door to his current position. There seems to be some fire damage in the vicinity of his left ear.
