This plague is located on the wall of Casa de la Guerra adobe building across from Santa Barbara's City Hall.

The sign is on glazed set of tiles bordered with a floral design and depictions of chapels and a text which includes a coat of arms- presumably that of the named Prince. The plaque reads:
