This Memorial is located at one of the entrances to Santa Barbara's Chase Palm Park...named after this brother and sister.

Chase Palm Park was named after these two prominent Santa Barbara residents. The plaque is set in a rock near the E. Cabrillo Blvd and Anacapa Street entrance to the Park. It reads:
"CHASE PALM PARK
HONORABLE SISTER AND BROTHER
WHOSE MANY CONTRIBUTIONS
TO SANTA BARBARA'S BEAUTY
AND WELFARE INCLUDED
ESTABLISHING THIS PARK
DEDICATED BY THE FRIENDS OF PEARL CHASE - NOVEMBER 16, 1932"
On either side of the text is an engraved image in relief of Harold on the right with "HAROLD CHASE 1890-1970" and Pearl on the left with "PEARL CHASE 1888-1979"
