This mural (#6 in The Murals of Conejos County Driving Tour) is located on the old Antonito Mill building. Conejos is the Spanish word for "rabbit" and this southwestern stylized bunny is easy to spot in the heart of Antonito.

The mural was created by Fred "Lightning Heart" Haberlein and contains a rabbit circumscribed within a 14 foot circle. It is one of many in the area that comprise the Murals of Conejos County Driving Tour, highlighting art that engages in the "ages-old local tradition of story-telling depicting tales of settlement, folklore, faith, scenic beauty and everyday rural life." A brochure is available at the Antonito and Alamosa chambers of commerce.
