Along the KVR Rail Trail, which is close to the highway where the benchmark is situated. This is about 6.5 km. east of Midway.

About 200 feet west of the benchmark the shoulder on the eastbound (south) side of the highway is wide enough to pull off and park. From there, scramble up the hill to the Rail Trail and follow your GPS. The benchmark is relatively east to see now - there was a log right on top of it which I (luckily) moved while searching for it.
This one is a bit beat up, but it's still possible to read the inscriptions.
