Built in 1907 the Miners & Merchants Bank building served Chelan and environs until 1970 when the building was gifted to the Lake Chelan Historical Society to operate as a museum.

The Miners & Merchants Bank of Chelan served the community until 1955 when Seattle First National Bank took over. SeaFirst, as Seattle First National Bank was known as, operated here for the next fifteen years when the structure was gifted to the Lake Chelan Historical Society to operate as a museum.
