The mark is a 3.5 inch steel Utah State Road Right of Way Marker stamped 'C/L 0 STA 255 ELEV 5183.19 1970' mounted on a galvanized pipe approximately 10 inches above a concrete base. The mark is approximately 50 feet east of the centerline of the highway, approximately 100 feet west of the abandoned D&RGW railroad roadbed and approximately 80 feet northwest of a power pole.
