Rotary International marker on the southbound stone bridge over a spur of the St Lawrence River.
The marker is intact, though a companion "Welcome to NY State" marker affixed underneath wasnt so lucky; looks like it was a victim of a wayward vehicle and/or the vagaries of winter.
