Lutherkirche church is the home of the Lutheran Markusgemeinde parish in Bielefeld-Sieker. It was built 1906–1908 in the so-called Kaiser- und Burgenstil ("Emperor and castle style"), an indeterminately historizing style popular for churches in the German Kaiser era, by architect Karl Siebold (1854-1937). The bell tower was added in 1960 and with its modern style differs markedly from the rest of the building. The church is open to the public Mo to Fr 14:00 - 16:00 hrs, sunday services are at 10:00 am.
The Markusgemeinde parish maintains a partnership with the Old First Reformed United Church of Christ (UCC) in Philadelphia, PA, USA.

Die Lutherkirche ist die Heimat der ev.-luth. Markusgemeinde in Bielefeld-Sieker. Sie wurde 1906–1908 im sogenannten "Kaiser- und Burgenstil" erbaut, einem frei historisierenden Stil, der in der Kaiserzeit für Sakralbauten recht beliebt war. Verantwortlicher Architekt war Karl Siebold (1854-1937). Der Turm wurde erst 1960 hinzugefügt und hebt sich mit seinen klaren, schlichten Formen deutlich vom Rest des Gebäudes ab. Die Kirche steht Mo bis Fr 14:00 - 16:00 Uhr für Besucher offen, Gottesdienst ist sonntags um 10:00 Uhr.
