The Water tower supplied the Breithaupt Leather Works plant in hastings.
The tower is a classic iron sided cone-top design. It was manufactured in Bridgeburg (now Fort Erie) ON,transported by train and assembled on site.
The plant was closed in 1982 and has stood idle since.
