Lee county is in the extreme southwestern tip of the state and Lee County shares Cumberland Gap National Historical Park with Kentucky and Tennessee. Pennington Gap is the largest town and the chief economic mainstays are tobacco and coal.erlooking the towns of Ewing and Rose Hill.
