This large, bronze World War I memorial is attached to the outside of the now defunct, NRHP Adams County Courthouse.

The bronze memorial is on the left side of the building amid lots of other bronze tablets and markers. This monument is about 4 to 5 feet in height and is about 8 to 9 feet off of the ground so you kind of have to look up and strain a bit to see it. The memorial reads:
