The final resting place of Charlie Byrd is at the far north side of Mustang Cemetery, just a few feet from the section's northwest corner. His is an upright marker, shared with his spouse Effie. An etching of a pair of praying hands is between Charlie and Effie's names, and at the top left corner of the marker is a beautiful photo of the couple.
