This Veterans Memorial is located out front of the Wayne County Courthouse in the County Seat of Loa, Utah. It is a large brick structure that incorporates a brick arch above it that holds a bell. There are a number of plaques attached the the memorial, honoring those who served our country - from World War One to the Persian Gulf War. World War Two, specifically has multiple panels listing the Veterans who served during that war. The Persian Gulf War list two Veterans, and reads:
