This is the so-called 'Siebener-Denkmal' (Memorial for the seven). It is located at the 'Rotebühlplatz' in Stuttgart, Germany, Baden-Württemberg.
The three-sided Obelisk was created by Fritz von Grävenitz (1892-1959) in 1927 as a momorial for the '7. Infanterieregiment' (7th Infantry Regiment) which was located nearby. It is made of shelly limestone.
Its height is about 7 meters.
There are several inscriptions all over the obelisk. And on top is the statue of an eagle.
It is listed in the German Monument Registers.
