This bell is mounted on top of a Daughters of Utah Pioneers Historical Marker near the LDS Church at about 250 S Main Street in Centerfield, Utah.

A small plaque below the bell states:
April 9, 1963, this bell was saved from a fire that burned the 81 year old Centerfield Public School Building. The school board gave the bell to the Centerfield DUP Camp.
