Opened in 1909, thanks to a donation by Andrew Carnegie to Springfield for a central library and three branches, this library continues to serve the community.

The Georgian Revival style building was constructed in 1908. With some expansion to provide more space, this community branch is open just three days per week. Focus more on children's and general interest subjects.
