C'est une ancienne horloge de l'époque de la compagnie de textile Penmans. Elle est située au 4 ième étage d'un bâtiment rénové de la défunte usine de textile la Penmans. L'horloge a un style un peu ancien qui se marie bien avec l'aspect du bâtiment. À ma connaissance le mouvement de l'horloge est électrique.
It is an old clock from the time of the company's textile Penmans. It is located at the 4 th floor of a building renovated by the now of the old textile factory the Penmans. The clock has a slightly old style that blends well the appearance of the building. To my knowledge the movement of the clock is electric.
