The monument os made of stone.
It includes plaques with the names of the killed soldiers during WW I and WW II.
There's a life-sized relief of a soldier, his wife and child at one side of the monument.
The year of creation is unknown. But the memorial was originally created as a memorial for WW I. So the year of creation is between 1918 and 1939.
