Nur wenige Meter vom Hauptgipfel des Hochgern entfernt befindet sich der Nebengipfel mit dem Gipfelbuch. Das Gipfelbuch befindet sich in einer kleinen Metallkapelle, welche als Behälter dient. Diese Kapelle ist ca. 1,50m hoch und lässt sich an der Vorderseite öffnen.
Several meters from the main peak of Hochgern there is the secondary peak with the summit register. The summit register is located in a small metal chapel that serves as a container. This chapel is about 1.50 meters tall and can be opened from the front.
