I don't know what existed here before, but it's now the municipal auditorium in Olhão. Probably there was a factory on this grounds, but it was razed to give place to the modern auditorium. Actually, as this waymark is created, the Google Earth image of the area shows a building area, and the lonely chimney still standing on the location.
