I spotted this grasshopper weathervane at 1010 Anacapa Street while walking in downtown Santa Barbara. It can be seen from the sidewalk while walking southeast. I tried to find other spots around the block to see it, but visibility is limited to a small area.
The grasshopper weathervane can be seen through the trees in Google Street View.
