This is an art in public space installation at the Sacramento Convention Center. It incorporates the signs of the zodiac.

It stretches the imagination to wonder about this "from the
ceiling" sculpture. One can picture the black hole.
The circular plate with the signs on it (blue) is at least six feet across. There is a reflector above it? There is a vortex that
loops 30 feet.
The artist, Alice Aycock, left it untitled. It was placed in 1996,
and consists of suspended aluminum and plexiglass.
