The 9-hole golf course of Rheinfelden is located southwest of town next to the railway line. It was designed by the well-known Scottish golf architect John Chilver-Stainer.

From their web site: "It has one par 5, five par 4 and three par 3 holes, is 2507 m long and in general flat. Two ponds, nine sand bunkers around the greens and a number of fairway and grass bunkers provide variety and the need for a precise and strategic game. The course can be played the whole year round. When the weather is bad, you can also practice on the covered driving range with its twenty covered tee-offs. There is a generous putting green and pitching area."

The clubhouse "Birdie" is located in the south of the course and open to the public 7 days a week.
