This memorial sits inside of Washington Cemetery in Washington, PA. A column style monument (similar to Brock's Monument) it is dedicated to those from Washington County who fought in the Civil War. At the top of the column is a statue of a Union soldier. There are four artillery pieces surrounding the monument. The surrounding cemetery features many veteran graves.
