Lake Kampeska is located in Codington County, South Dakota, and is a very nice lake for boating and recreation.
The beach itself is consists of an area beginning at the City Park Boat ramp to the north and ending at Stokes Park on the south.
It is a very busy beach in the summer and has a shallow lake bottom making it very accessable for small children to enjoy.
Nearby is a playground, picnic area, and bathhouses.
Ample parking is nearby.
