Figurative sculpture that parallels the influence the leader of one of the world's major corporation's has on those in the company, those in the community and those in the larger world. From a pile of rocks, the trunk of a tree rises, topped by a nest with two baby birds. Above them, an adult, that may be an eagle, grasps the branches of the tree, its wings spread, and looks down of the young birds.

A plaque on the rock base reads:
