You can take an elevator up to the 85-foot-tall clock tower "El Mirador" and get a full 360 degree view of Santa Barbara. The fourth floor of the Santa Barbara Court House Tower has four orientation tables, one for each of the four directions of view from the lookout.
Each of the Orientation Tables is named for the area it faces. North is the Riviera View, East is the Ocean View, South is the MEsa View and West is the Mission View.
