This Platte Co, Missouri public water tower is dedicated to June Pierce who died 2001. Pierce is cited as instrumental in establishing water supply district number one in Platte County, Missouri.
The tower is supported by four leg structure with a central feed pipe extending from the center to the ground connections.
This tower is well maintained including a commemorative, pedestal mounted plaque describing the dedication of the tower to June Pierce and dates of life 1964-2001.
