Pebbledene also known as Rose Cliff was built circa 1895. The house was designed by architect Albert J. Talpey in a Queen Anne style. The shingle and weather exterior house had a corner octagonal tower. The house overlooks the ocean. It appears to be in very good condition and continues to serve as a private residence.

The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.
