This U.S. Army, War Department Corps of Engineers survey disk is located approximately 15 feet from Finger Lakes Trail (FLT) on the east side of Letchworth State Park. The disk along the ridge of an old fence line that runs along the ridge next Genesee River Gorge, southwest of the Mount Morris Dam.

The mark is set in a round concrete monument, approximately 1-2 inches above the level of the ground. The mark is in good condition, and is stamped with the designation 0.006.
