"Este mobile, da autoria de Paulo d’Eça Leal, é constituído por uma esfera de 3,15m de diâmetro ligada a uma chapa. No meio das duas peças existe um eixo que permite a oscilação da esfera ao sabor do vento que empurra a chapa. O suporte é uma estrutura cúbica metálica. Instalada na Rotunda da Avenida das Comunidades Portuguesas."
This is a giant sphere conected to a metal plate in an axis. The wind and the metal plate makes the said sphere move from side to side. It is suported by a metal square.
