Just as you arrive from the the city proper on the ferry, this clock welcomes you on Toronto Island. The clock has four faces in four directions atop what appears to be a huge cement periscope. Ivy is growing on the "periscopes" midsection.
There is no sign at the site indicating any information about the clock.
