Azimuth mark sits about 20 feet S from the centerline of PA 641 (Carlisle RD) - across from a red brick house (#277), and across the road & SE of a telephone pole.
Details regarding the AZ mark from the NGS datasheet for the main station (PROSPECT - KW2846) are as follows:
THE AZIMUTH MARK IS ABOUT 0.6 MILE NE OF THE STATION, 18 FEET E OF THE CENTER OF STATE HIGHWAY 641, AND 2 FEET W OF A FENCE LINE, ON HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY. THE DISK IS STAMPED PROSPECT 1935, AND PROJECTS 4 INCHES. TO REACH FROM THE MAIN ENTRANCE TO THE CEMETERY GO NE ON STATE HIGHWAY 641 FOR 0.6 MILE TO THE MARK ON THE RIGHT.

From the Square in Newville, proceed E on PA 641. Upon reaching the top of Prospect Hill proceed about .6 mile to the station on the right, which projects about 4 inches & is across from a red brick house.
Parking is a problem & this is a busy road - excercise caution in finding a place to pull off of the road.
