Lafayette Square in downtown Buffalo is a great place to hang out during lunch to get away from the office. When I connected, I was near the corner of Clinton & Washington, and it wasn't the best connection. There's an information kiosk near the Tishman Building (formerly National Fuel headquarters) where I think the transmitter it located. It is free to connect, but you need to sign up for an account at buffalowifi.org.
